Feature: This thermal grease glue with both adhesive joint and heat conductive function, which is a reinforcing neutral silicone elastomer glue. After glue cuered, with good resistance to high or low performance, and will not drop off, lower thermal effect by low term using. It is also with high adhesion, shear strength >=18kg/cm2, peel strength >=6kg/cm2. Recommend using temp. is -60C~280C
Recommend Usage: Mainly using for insteading therma grease, jointing CPU, the thyristor intelligent control module, the high power electrcial module with heatsink.
